If, for any reason, you meet the criteria outlined in our policy and are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with a return and exchange. We do not offer refunds for any products sold through this website.
Eligibility for Return & Exchange:
- Purchase Within 3 Days: You may return or exchange products within 3 days from the purchase date.
- Size Exchange Eligibility: We accept size exchanges for baby clothes within 3 days from the date of purchase.We do not allow size exchanges for items solely based on design or pattern preferences.
- Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unaltered condition, including all original packaging and labels.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all return and refund requests.
Exclusions from Return Policy:
Our Return Policy does not apply to:
- Gift vouchers
- Products purchased as part of multi-buy promotions or discounts (not eligible for exchange)
- Delivery or installation charges
- Products sold as special markdowns with conditions such as being display units, missing parts, etc.
- Normal wear and tear after leaving the online store
- Damaged items resulting from misuse
Exclusions from Exchange:
- Size exchanges are not allowed for items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after leaving our store.

Return Process by Customer:

- Provide Information: When contacting us, provide your order number, item details and photos, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide return authorization instructions, including the return address.
- Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the item(s) making sure they are in clean and presentable condition. Ship them to the provided return address, ensuring secure sealing.
Exchange Process by Malayan Baby Signature:
- Inspection: After receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility criterias.
- Refund Approval: If the item(s) meet our criterias, we will approve the exchange.
- Exchange Issuance:The exchanged product will be shipped to the customer once the inspection is approved, within the standard shipping duration based on customer's geo-location. Please note that the shipping cost for any return or exchange request will be borne by the customer.
Returning Products via Post:
We recommend avoiding standard mail. Kindly use a courier service (eg: Ninjavan or Poslaju) for returning products to prevent damage during transit, for which you would be responsible.
Shipping Costs:
Please note that any shipping costs incurred for returning the unwanted item(s) to us will not be refunded.
Manufacturing Defects:
An exception to this policy applies if a product fault is due to a manufacturing defect. We will offer a repair or replacement product free of charge in such cases.
