Delivery Options:
At Malayan Baby Signature, we understand the importance of delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. We offer various delivery options to cater to your needs:
- Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery option ensures your order is delivered within the expected time frame, providing a reliable and cost-effective choice.
- Zone 1: Peninsular Malaysia
- Delivery Time: 1-3 days
- Cost: RM 6.50 to RM 15. (Postage fee depending on parcel's weight)
- Cut Off: 2 pm
- Zone 2: East Malaysia / Islands / PO Box
- Delivery Time: 3-5 working days
- Cost: RM 35 onwards (Postage fee depending on parcel's weight)
- Cut Off: 2 pm
- Zone 1: Peninsular Malaysia
- In-Store Pickup: Please note that as an online e-commerce store, we do not offer in-store pickup at this time.
- International Shipping:Please call us to learn more about our international shipping options. We ship to Indonesia, Singapore, and Brunei.
Delivery Restriction/Exception:
While we strive for seamless deliveries, we want to keep you informed about exceptional circumstances or restrictions that may affect the process:
- Delivery to Remote Areas: In some remote or hard-to-reach areas, delivery may take longer than usual due to logistical challenges. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
- Delivery During Peak Seasons: During peak holiday seasons or sales events, slight delays in delivery times may occur. Rest assured, our dedicated team is working diligently to ensure your order reaches you promptly.
Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn't secure, such as a communal postal address or PO box. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.
Where Is My Order:
To track the progress of your order, simply log in to your account and visit the "Order History" section. There, you will find real-time updates on the status and estimated delivery date of your order.
If you haven't received your order yet, it might still be out for delivery. Couriers typically attempt delivery up to three times. Standard Delivery takes one to seven days, depending on your location. Please refer to the delivery options for more details.
For Express Delivery, you can expect to receive your order on the next business day by 12 pm if the order was placed before 1 pm (excluding weekends and public holidays) within the Klang Valley. You can track your order using the unique tracking number provided in our dispatch email.
Order Confirmation:
Upon successfully placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing essential details, including the order number and a summary of your selected items. Please keep this email for your reference.
Additionally, we will send you an email when your order has been processed, along with tracking details for your convenience. You can also find tracking information in your order history.
If you are not receiving our emails, please check your junk folder and add us to your safe list.
Why Is My Order Late:
While we make every effort to meet our delivery timeframes, unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or unexpected transit delays may occasionally lead to late deliveries. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
In some cases, your products may arrive separately or with slight delays due to stock transfers from other warehouse. This is to ensure we thoroughly quality-check each product before delivery. Rest assured, there will be no additional charges for multiple deliveries.
Please note that delays in delivery may occur during sale campaigns or busy periods. We assure you that we are committed to delivering your items as promptly as possible.
Why Has My Order/Item Been Returned to Sender:
If your order or item has been returned to us, it could be due to issues with the delivery address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or other shipping complications. Our delivery partners will make up to three delivery attempts.
Occasionally, there may be difficulties locating or accessing the delivery address, resulting in unsuccessful delivery attempts, and the order will be returned to us.
In some cases, an order may be damaged in transit and cannot be delivered. You can check the reason for the return by using the tracking link provided in the dispatch email.
If, for any reason, delivery attempts are unsuccessful, a calling card will be left to inform you that your order is being returned to us. Rest assured, we can re-direct your order to you with a minimum shipping fee required.
Our customer support team will contact you to resolve the matter and arrange for re-delivery if necessary.
I Haven't Received My Parcel, Yet It Says It's Been Delivered:
We apologize for any issues you're experiencing with your order. If the tracking information indicates that your parcel has been delivered but you haven't received it, please take the following steps:
- Check for a delivery card from the courier, as the parcel may have been delivered to your usual letter-receiving location.
- If the courier was unable to reach you during delivery, they may have left the parcel with one of your neighbors or at the security house of your residence.
- Contact our customer support team immediately. We will investigate the matter and work to resolve any delivery discrepancies promptly.
